My name is Daniel Hemhauser.
I am the Founder of The PM Playbook and the host of The PM Playbook Podcast.

I have spent almost two decades leading projects, programs, and teams inside real organizations.
I have built transformations.
I have recovered from failing projects.
I have helped businesses grow from stuck to successful.

I earned my PMP certification.
I studied agile frameworks, lean principles, and leadership models.
And I learned just as much from my failures as from my wins.

I have been the junior PM filled with doubt.
I have been the senior program manager trusted to guide multimillion-dollar portfolios.

And through it all, one truth kept showing up:
